I’m a dedicated mental health therapist with a passion for helping others rewrite their life stories. I believe that everyone has a voice and a unique journey worth exploring, and I’m here to support you with compassion, understanding, and non-judgmental care.
I specialize in working with individuals navigating trauma, grief, self-worth challenges, mood disorders, and anxiety. With a Master of Science in Professional Counseling and certification as a Self-Love Coach, I bring both academic training and insight from years of diverse clinical experience. Over the past four years, I’ve worked in various settings, including community mental health, supporting people through a wide range of emotional and mental health challenges.
My therapeutic approach is eclectic, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Reality Choice Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy. This allows me to tailor our work to your unique needs while focusing on practical tools and strategies that create lasting change. I have extensive experience supporting clients facing PTSD, depression, anxiety, grief, and bipolar disorder.
